Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 12, 2026

Tile Feast has no user accounts and no servers of our own. Your progress lives on your device. The data that does leave your device goes to our advertising and analytics providers, and this policy explains exactly what that is.

1Who we are

Tile Feast is developed and published by Pixetory (referred to here as we, us, or our). We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy.

You can reach us at any time at support@pixetory.com.

2What this policy covers

This policy covers the Tile Feast mobile app and the website at pixetory.com.

It does not cover Apple’s App Store, which has its own privacy policy, or any third-party website an advertisement may take you to.

3Information stored on your device

The following is written to your device’s app storage and is not transmitted to us:

  • your level progress, stars, best scores, and unlocked content
  • your settings, such as sound volume, haptics, and language
  • a locally generated identifier used to keep your progress consistent between sessions

We cannot read this data remotely. Deleting Tile Feast from your device deletes all of it permanently, and because there is no cloud save it cannot be recovered.

4Information collected by our analytics provider

We use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how the game is played so we can fix bugs and balance difficulty. Through it, Google processes:

  • a randomly generated app instance identifier, which is not your name and is reset if you reinstall the app
  • device model, operating system version, app version, screen size, language, and country
  • session start time and length, and gameplay events such as a level started, finished, failed, or restarted
  • crash reports and performance diagnostics
  • your IP address, from which an approximate location at country or region level is derived

We do not use this data to identify you personally, and we do not attempt to combine it with data from other sources to do so.

5Information collected by our advertising providers

Tile Feast is free and supported by advertising. We use AppLovin MAX to serve and mediate ads, together with the advertising networks it mediates. Through them, the following may be processed:

  • the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA), only if you have allowed tracking through Apple’s prompt
  • the Identifier for Vendors (IDFV), which is specific to our apps on your device
  • IP address, device and operating system information, and an approximate location at country or region level
  • ad interactions, such as which ads were shown, viewed, clicked, or watched to completion for a reward
  • limited technical data used to cap how often an ad is shown and to detect advertising fraud

You can read AppLovin’s privacy policy at applovin.com/privacy and Google’s at policies.google.com/privacy.

6What we never collect

Tile Feast does not ask for and does not collect your name, email address, postal address, phone number, date of birth, payment card details, contacts, photos, microphone or camera input, precise GPS location, health data, or your browsing activity outside the app.

If you email us for support, we will of course have your email address and whatever you choose to put in the message.

7How we use this information

We use the information described above to:

  • operate the game and save your progress on your device
  • diagnose crashes, fix bugs, and improve performance
  • understand which levels are too hard or too easy and tune the difficulty curve
  • display advertising, measure whether it worked, and pay our providers correctly
  • prevent fraud, abuse, and cheating
  • answer your support requests and comply with our legal obligations

8Advertising choices and App Tracking Transparency

On iOS, we ask for your permission before any tracking identifier is used for personalised advertising. This is Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt.

If you decline, you will still see advertising, but it will be contextual or non-personalised rather than based on a cross-app profile. Declining does not reduce the number of ads and does not affect gameplay.

You can change your answer at any time in iOS Settings, under Privacy & Security, then Tracking. You can also limit Apple’s own ad personalisation under Privacy & Security, then Apple Advertising.

9Consent in the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the game presents a consent request before advertising and analytics data is processed for those purposes, and remembers your choice.

You can withdraw or change your consent at any time from the game’s settings screen, or by contacting us. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that already took place.

10In-app purchases

Tile Feast does not currently offer in-app purchases. A future version may offer optional purchases, such as removing advertising or buying in-game items.

If and when it does, all payments are processed by Apple through your App Store account. We never see or store your card number, and we receive only a transaction record confirming that a purchase was made and which item it was.

11Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only in these situations:

  • with the service providers named above — Google (Firebase and Google Analytics) and AppLovin together with its mediated ad networks — who process it on our behalf or, for advertising, as independent controllers under their own policies
  • with Apple, for App Store distribution and any future purchases
  • where we are legally required to, such as in response to a valid legal request
  • in aggregated or de-identified form that cannot reasonably be used to identify you
  • to a successor if the game or our business is transferred, in which case this policy continues to apply until replaced

Note that under some laws, including California’s, personalised advertising counts as sharing personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. Declining Apple’s tracking prompt is an effective opt-out of that sharing.

12Legal bases for processing

If you are in the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland, we rely on the following legal bases under the GDPR:

  • performance of a contract, to provide the game you asked for
  • consent, for advertising and analytics where consent is required, which you may withdraw at any time
  • legitimate interests, for security, fraud prevention, and basic aggregate understanding of how the game performs
  • legal obligation, where the law requires us to retain or disclose information

13How long we keep information

On your device: until you delete the app or clear its data.

Analytics events: retained by Google for up to 14 months, after which they are deleted or retained only in aggregate.

Advertising data: retained by each advertising partner according to its own policy, typically for a matter of months.

Support emails: kept for up to 24 months so we can follow up on related issues, then deleted.

14International transfers

Our providers operate servers in the United States and other countries, so information described in this policy may be transferred outside your country of residence.

Where that transfer leaves the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland, it is covered by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK Addendum, or an adequacy decision, as applicable.

15Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to your personal data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its processing, receive a copy in a portable format, withdraw consent, and complain to your local data protection authority.

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what is collected, to delete it, to correct it, to opt out of sharing for cross-context behavioural advertising, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. Residents of other jurisdictions with comparable laws, including Brazil, Japan, South Korea, and Canada, have similar rights under their local law.

To exercise any of these, email support@pixetory.com. Because we hold no account for you, please include enough detail for us to locate any relevant records — for example your device model, approximate dates of play, and, if you can provide it, your advertising identifier. Where the data is held by one of our providers rather than by us, we will forward your request and tell you how to contact them directly. We respond within the time your law allows, and in any case within 30 days where practicable.

16Children

Tile Feast is not directed to children under 13, or under the minimum age of digital consent in your country where that age is higher, and it is not listed in the App Store’s Kids category.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children below those ages. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal data, contact support@pixetory.com and we will delete it and, where relevant, ask our providers to do the same.

17Security

We hold no passwords, no payment details, and no server-side profile of you, which removes most of the risk in the first place. Data in transit between the app and our providers is encrypted with HTTPS, and data on your device is protected by iOS app sandboxing.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

18Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the game changes — for example when in-app purchases are introduced. The current version is always at this address, with the date at the top.

If a change materially affects how we handle your data, we will make it clear in the app before the change takes effect and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent again.

19Contact us
